I’m so glad you are here!
I’ve been helping adults steer their way through life challenges for over a decade.
My general specialty areas include:
-
Helping women improve their relationships with family, friends, coworkers, and others
-
Counseling women with anxiety
-
Individual counseling for women in relationships or dating
-
Assisting women undergoing life changes (e.g., breakups or new jobs).
-
Supporting women in the pursuit of personal and professional development
My niche
I’ve worked successfully with ambitious and kindhearted women who know the importance of nurturing their relationships. Yet, in their generosity with others, they end up minimizing their own needs and stop being their authentic selves.

I hear you…
I, too, have struggled to balance my people-pleasing tendencies with staying true to myself. It can also be difficult not to give in to the expectations coming from the people whom you care so much about.
Therapy and self-work helped me. I went from often ignoring my values and needs to having authentic and mutually enriching relationships. I learned grace and balance in the way that I set limits.
My work on setting boundaries also helped my career and my personal development. As I practiced making decisions that supported my emotional needs and personal values, I learned to trust myself. This led me to make big, positive changes not only in my work life, but also in my daily habits. I am still enjoying those benefits today.

Everyone’s journey is unique and I am here to guide and support you in yours.
In this call, I can confirm that I am able to assist you. I can also answer any questions you may have about how I work or about therapy in general.
What makes me stand out from other therapists?
-
I excel at finding creative solutions to challenges.
-
I keep the number of clients I see per day to a minimum- this maximizes my ability to offer each client my best work, when I’m mentally rejuvenated and fully present.
-
I’ve had much success in teaching communication techniques to women who would otherwise feel uncomfortable expressing their feelings or concerns.
-
I know a little about a lot of things. This broader knowledge lets me see if a client may benefit from other fields, like medicine, yoga, acupuncture, or nutrition.
-
I use the evidence-based techniques (more on this in Education & Training below).
Therapy is a collaborative effort. You know yourself best and I have the education, training, and experience, to help me guide you on your journey.
